Updating wiped out harmony.conf, fixed.

Now if you have your blskey.pass file in place we'll update that setting as well!

Had to remove a line of code that mysteriously appeared.

Big overhauls to how data works internally, built a class in config.py to use for initial variables.

Added 3rd choice for server

Signing w/ wallet, Signing NO wallet or Full Node are now the choices.

You only need to setup the wallet on nodes you want to run blockchain commands from.
Other nodes do not require a wallet, simply your blskeys
Get in the habbit of not having your wallet on every server!

Also set MaxKeys = 30 inside of the harmony.conf file - If you know about it, you already know, why bother with 10?

Fixed an odd issue where wallet wasn't displaying after recovery
