Vuba

Another set of bug fixes for logic handling multiple contour and shape specifications.

Bug fix for logic in drawing and fitting operations for shapes to handle contours of varying types. Addition of updates for frame trackbars in multi-image GUIs to replicate behaviour of other user defined trackbars.

Bug fix for ``vuba.shrink`` so that roi is shrunk on all sides of image. Indexing for multi-image gui's is improved so that the frame reader trackbar only displays values for the range specified and not the whole sequence.

Minor release to fix typos across the package as well as update some example scripts.

This release adds the following bug fix:

- Ensure correct object is addressed in fit_ellipses

as well as add the following functionality:

- Add optional frame index limits to GUI's for sequences of frames.

This release adds functionality for drawing ellipses, creating ellipse masks and adds functions to easily fit shapes to contours. There is also some minor re-factoring changes and improved docstrings for the **ops** module. Lastly, this release reverts 0.2.4 since adding support for 16 bit images broke much of the functionality of the library and will need more work on integrating properly.
