Adds fan curve support for OneXPlayer devices. GPD device support will come soon.

Supports fancurves targeting both the Edge and Tctl sensors, with the Edge one featuring better behavior.

Applying extreme mode too early at startup can do funny things to the controller. Increase the initial delay to 12s, and only set it if it differs from what the user wants.
