Added
- Introduced the `set-type` command to the `project` command group.

Changed
- Updated the `project update` command to accept the project type parameter `-t`/`--type`.
- Updated the `austrakka project list` command to accept the `-vt`/`--view-type` option, which determines the verbosity of the output.
Possible values for `-vt` are:
- `compact`: Displays minimal columns.
- `more`: Displays additional columns.
- `full`: Displays all available columns.

Changed
- Optional `--owner` and `--share` flags have been added to all `seq add` commands. These flags may be specified
to upload sequences where the Seq_ID does not already have a corresponding record in the database. New records will
be created with the specified owner and sharing settings. If these flags are used, a prior minimal proforma upload
is not required.
- The `project list` command now supports the `-vt` flag to control the verbosity of the output.
- Better installation instructions, particularly for Windows users.

Fixed
- The user's GUID is now used for privilege assignment commands.

Changed
- The `--sample-id` parameter has been renamed in all relevant commands to `--seq-id`. The short form `-s` remains unchanged.

Removed
- The `seq sync migrate` command has been removed. This command was used to migrate synced data from the older format and is no longer needed.

Changed
- Project dashboard commands now take a project abbreviation as an argument, rather than a project ID.
This update corresponds to a change in the AusTrakka API.
- Removed unused commands and parameters concerning dashboard widgets. The `project get-dashboard` command
now shows the currently-assigned dashboard for a project.

Fixed
- Fixed module import error in `org privilege` command and a discovered bug in `org privilege unassign` command.
