- `seq add` commands will now provide a summary at the end of a bulk upload, including the number of sequences uploaded, and which sequences failed upload.
- Sequence list and download commands no longer take the deprecated --sub-query-type flag.
A CLI update to this version will be required to support download from the updated AusTrakka server.
