Addition of tagging output files with the sample ID from the VCF filename. E.g if an input VCF of `255ae326-fbe7-433c-99d9-07e24dacd71f.minos.vcf` is used, the output files will be `255ae326-fbe7-433c-99d9-07e24dacd71f.variants.csv`, `255ae326-fbe7-433c-99d9-07e24dacd71f.effects.csv`, `255ae326-fbe7-433c-99d9-07e24dacd71f.mutations.csv` etc
