For working case: in relaunch.py was changed './exch_srv.py' to 'exch_srv.py' and

For Ubuntu at end of ~/.bashrc add the string


export PATH=$PATH:~/.local/lib/python3.10/site-packages/exchanges_wrapper

and refresh bash source ~/.bashrc
