This fix adds SVGElements code to the master branch. The SVGElements project was a spinoff of the project to write a better fully working parser for svg including the many of the more esoteric features of SVG.

This also includes a number of noteworthy advances with regard to images loaded by SVG and duplicating the workflow those methods created.

Worked fine for most things but the pyinstaller build wasn't finding the module.

Improved the button colors to be more consistent. Gave the entire scene a red background when the laser is engaged.
