A couple of fixes, usability improvements and new features:
- A quick-access to changing the dimensions of selected objects in the toolbar

- If you keep the Shift-button pressed when choosing a file to load, then MeerK40t will ask you where to position the loaded content instead of picking the default location (if you press Ctrl then the file content will be centered automatically)

- Resolution of a nasty bug under Linux that prevented the simulation window to display properly - the Linux build we have created so far was using rather old versions of Python and the GUI-toolkit for the sake of compatibility. We will *add* a more modern build shortly.
- User-defined hatches and wobbles: will take appropriate device defaults

- User defined buttons (early stages might still a bit rough around the edges)

- Dashed wobble as a workaround for the lack of support for stroke-types
- Per device camera background updates
- To simplify the frequent need to quickly eliminate a couple of elements from a burn without fundamentally changing the design, you can now set for all basic elements a flag (which is *not* stored and loaded, so only during runtime) that will hide them on the scene and that will exclude them from a burn operation.
