some fixes to the regex for filenames. but that's got a long way to go.

-d flag for setting target directory. however i think we need an input and output dir

labels officially added to read me. as well as a flag for cli to only render that label.
- future roadmap may let you use labels as 'branches' for inclusion

.tree tests moved to the tests dir so you will have to use the -d flag to run them. readme notes updated.

tree now resets the cwd when finished to what it started with. it had a bug where it left you whatever dir it had drilled into last.

TODO.md has now a huge roadmap of things... not all will do . but some are interesting i.e. ssh and / for setting a target dir.
