added question mark for user input

added optional jinja for the to cli tool

fixed. you couldn't have numbers in the start of filenames.

fixed. also if a config.tree file had empty new lines at the end it would throw errors.

Starting to see a need for heavier suite of unit tests as this idea grows.

multi root dirs should now be resolved.

last one had a package error that wasn't happening locally due to an incorrect staticmethod decorator.

i'm hoping this fixes that.

added functionality for loading a .tree file . updates to the cli Readme for the new commands. also updated the cli entrypoint.
