Vesper

Adds a new NFC coarse classifier, the MPG Ranch NFC Coarse Classifier 2.0.

The new classifier uses neural networks (one for tseep clips and another for thrush clips) to distinguish call clips from non-call clips. The neural networks were trained on clips collected in the fall of 2017 by the MPG Ranch.

* Adds YAML file drag and drop to archive data import form.

* Adds versions 1.1 of the Old Bird redux detectors, which:
* behave more consistently than the 1.0 versions across different input sample rates
* output fewer clips that differ from those of the original Old Bird detectors
* do not have divide-by-zero problems on intervals of zero-valued input samples
* Adds parsing of channel-split SM3 audio files whose names include a millisecond field.
* Fixes a bug (117) concerning clip album rug plot mouse clicks.
