**This release contains a major rewrite to the RSTB merger.** It *will* break compatibility with *any* existing BNPs made with previous 3.0 betas. BNPs from 2.8 will be automatically updated on install, though it's *possible* this could introduce bugs. **ALL INSTALLED MODS NEED TO BE REINSTALLED.**
