Certain GPD and OneXPlayer devices wake up to force Windows to hibernate. They do this by pretending to overheat. In certain BIOSes the overheat protection is guarded by being in Modern Standby. If we exit it too early, we still get the wake-up but lose the overheating warning. Therefore, add a delay to sleep exit.
