Certain GPD and OneXPlayer devices wake up to force Windows to hibernate. They do this by pretending to overheat. In certain BIOSes the overheat protection is guarded by being in Modern Standby. If we exit it too early, we still get the wake-up but lose the overheating warning. Therefore, add a delay to sleep exit.

Add wakeup quirk for GPD Win Max 2 2025, remove ll and add amd-pmf quirk so asus-wmi works. As for lll, we dont seem to have that many pre-2021 users but it may come back.

Disable CONFIG_SYSFB_SIMPLEFB to hopefully stop blanking before gamescope, and bump to 6.12.8. Sidenote: should try if ISO transmission is now fixed

The bluetooth driver patch did not merge correctly because it supports suspend now. Remove the suspend addition to fix.
