Disables half hz in steamui by default to improve responsiveness, and fixes an issue where setting the Legion Go S LEDs to low brightness would cause them to get stuck there, especially in Dualsense RGB passthrough.

This release updates the chinese translations and adds a gyro fix. Seems like Steam Input broke the Hori controller gyro in Gyro to X, so the gyro sync option is added for it again. We also add another Kun DMI variant and fix a typo in one of the Go S variants.
