Modelbaker

**Improvements**
- Uses ili2db version to 4.3.2
- Supports ili2db 3 import (using 3.11.x) and export (using 4.3.2 with `--export3` command)
- Creates Geopackage (if not existing) on schema import

**Fixes**
- Don't throw exception if version is missing from ilimodels
- Disable --doSchemaImport
- Do not use custom parser for relations Domain-Class (except it's an ili2db 3 schema)

**Known Restrictions (will be fixed)**
- No configuration of the ValueRelation Widgets on BAG OF fields

Hotfix 323 to avoid errors because of model updates with missing Version tag
