This release fixes tests and upgrades the TOM Toolkit version to 2.7.

This release updates `tomtoolkit` to `2.6.2`.

In this release:

- API calls to ANTARES now use the HTTP API instead of the Kafka stream.
- Corrects installation instructions to address 7 .

This release contains no functional changes, but adds test coverage and automated deployment scripts.
