Resqpy

This major release:

- drops support for python 3.8
- adds support for python 3.12
- requires more recent versions of some packages than resqpy v4 (eg. numpy, pandas)
- removes some deprecated functionality

This patch exposes the reorient argument in the higher level grid surfaces function.

This change includes:

- support for properties with a supporting representation of PolylineSet and one value per polyline within the set; the indexable element may be 'patches', 'enumerated elements' or 'contacts'
- a check of the array shape at the time of calling PropertyCollection.add_cached_array_to_imported_list()

Additional method on Surface object allowing for refinement of TriangulatedSet edges or tears.

This patch adds a mode argument to the Grid.frontier() method. The mode may be one of:

- 'mean' (default)
- 'top'
- 'base'
- 'inner'
- 'outer'

This patch adds a load_inacrtive boolean argument (default True) to the grid classes other than Grid, which already had such an argument.
