The old saucer option for surface flange extension uses a complex computation designed to follow local rim curvature in the original surface when extending. This change adds a much simpler option, activated when the saucer parameter is outside the range 0.0 to 1.0 (but between -90.0 and 90.0). In this case the parameter is interpreted as a flange angle (in degrees, off the average plane of the surface). A positive angle causes the extension to be shifted in the direction of the plane normal vector in the -ve z hemisphere. A negative angle results in a shift along the normal vector in the +ve z hemisphere.
