- Italy special: for existing measures, use both the text of the description
and the prevention plan
- Workaround for potential error in action plan. Because pat-validation is
flawed, no validation is applied to the measures. This allows a user to
write any value into the date fields, resulting in a white screen for them
because of a SQL error in the background. Therefore, we silently eliminate
illegal date values now.
- Translation updates Dutch (NL) and Icelandic (IS)

Upgrade notes

This release is dependent on Plone 5.1 and higher.
Run the console script `upgradedb`, as well as all upgrade steps in Plone


Feature changes

- UI rework: introduction of initial dashboard, different sessions browser, mobile
improvements, and other changes.
- Added Tool Type: apart from the "classic" OiRA Tool type with positive
and negative statements, we can now set a tool to allow the definition
of measures that are already in place.
- Client user passwords are no longer stored as plain text.
- Added Training module: a slide is created per module and risk, with the possibility
to add user-defined extra notes.
- A new view ``refresh-resources-timestamp`` has been introduced
to break the browser cache
