Feature changes

- Track clicks on externals links using an `external-link` event in Google
Analytics.

- Track report downloads as a virtual pageview in Google Analytics.

- Add four new virtual page views for Google Analytics in the client:

* .../login/success - used after successfull login
* /*<country>*/register/success - used after successfully registering a new
account.
* /*<country>*/*<sector>*/*<survey>*/start - used when starting a new survey
session.
* /*<country>*/*<sector>*/*<survey>*/resume - used when resuming a survey
session.

- Fix display of not-found page when accessing acquisitioned content from outside

- In the client, write the current language as class into the body tag, so that
language specific CSS rules can be applied.

- The default_priority field could overwrite the fixed_priority field when saving
a Risk from the edit form.

- Improvements for the mobile view

- Re-ran yui-compression for the CSS files, since some changes had not made it in previously

- Fix error in generation of RTF reports for sessions with a depth larger

people missed it in its original position, leading to support requests. This

- Added missing English text for the "outdated browser" warning. OSHA 9094

- Add missing import statement. This caused a site error when trying to
resume an existing session in the client.

was not updated in the index, which caused the old title to still be shown in
the navigation tree.
