It is only shown if euphorie.search is added to the "actions" tiles
section in euphorie.ini
- Added a new field to the Risk type: existing_measures. Text entered here
will be used to pre-fill the new field of the same name in the client. It
currently hidden in the Add and Edit form and needs to be activated with
use_existing_measures in the app-config
- Added missing default translation for drag-n-drop in the CMS
