A number of new features and bugfixes. This release includes a refactor of the
reports generation system that attempts to better generalize to other BIDS-Apps.
The new reports internally use pybids to find reportlets, and the configuration
file has been migrated to YAML to allow line breaks when captioning reportlets.
The release also provides more infrastructure for fMRIPrep and sMRIPrep, including
some BIDS-related interfaces.
