* Added `nullable` flag to `price` command response parameters.
* The `update-keypair-region` command had the following changes:
* Added the `--all-regions` flag
* Added the ability to send a list of regions
* The `region` parameter isn't required if the `--all-regions` flag is specified
* Deleted the `owner` parameter from the following commands as obsolete:
* `run-instance`
* `create-image`

* Added the `block-value-path` parameter to the `add-service-section` command. It provides an
alternative way to specify a value of the block by using a file.
* Changed the alias name of the `describe-public-tag` command to `dpubtag`
* Changed the alias name of the `describe-private-tag` command to `dprtag`

* Added ability to follow order of headers according to 'commands_def.json'

* Fixed typos and corrected terminology in commands' helps.

* The `multiproject_report` command has the following changes:
* Restored the `multiproject_report` command
* Renamed the `multiproject_report` command to `multitenant-report`
* The following obsolete parameters were deleted from the `multitenant-report` command:
* `region`,
* `cloud`,
* `native-currency`,
* `cloud-target`
* Added the `target-name` parameter to the `multitenant-report` command
* INACTIVE, UPSA_INACTIVE, ALL_PERSONAL, NOT_PMC, CUSTOMERS, UNITS, ADJUSTMENT types do not require additional parameters at all
* ACCOUNT type may accept the optional parameters – `account-id`
* ACTIVE type may accept the optional parameters – `target-name`
* Updated the help field of the `terraform-version` parameter in the `terraform-upload-template` command

* Added the `InstanceType` parameter to the `run-instance` command
* Added the ability to display `InstanceType` parameter in the `describe-instance` command
