* Fixed an error associated with inability to decrypt encoded password in
`decrypt-password` command

* Refactor plugin for `describe-insights` command due to changes on BE side

* Added the processing of the `LOG_PATH` environment variable for storing
logs by the custom path. Changed the default path of the storing logs
on the Linux-based VMs to the
`/var/log/<app_name>/<user_name>/<app_name.log>`path. [SFTGMSTR-6234]

* Add `--owner` parameter to `describe-instances` command which allows get
instances by provided owner
