* Massiv(!) speedup of the JPP timeslice pump (factor 3 to 4), now only about
8% slower compared to raw JPP readout. We are at the I/O limit of ROOT ;)
* ``DTypeAttr`` now allows adding of additional fields to the numpy array
using the ``.append_fields`` method.
* merge ``kp.dev`` into ``kp.tools``

* KM3HDF5 Version 4.4 (minimum 4.1): RawHit time is now int32 =

fixes bugs which occured due to precision loss for large hit times
